| 摘 要： | 互联网技术的快速发展和广泛运用,使得网络舆情的影响力越来越大,各种网络舆情事件层出不穷,并呈现出新的发展态势和特征,对政府的社会管理方式产生一系列重大而深刻的影响。当前应在剖析突发事件成为网络舆情热点原因的基础上,直面政府及其官员在应对网络舆情事件上的诸多困境,着力探寻有效引导网络舆情事件的基本策略。
