| 摘 要： | 维基解密这一新的信息传播方式,必将对当下及未来的政府管理产生重要影响。维基解密会成为全球性的监督政府管理的新形式,一定程度上颠覆了传统的政媒关系,这促使政府在提高对这一类媒体警惕性并加强监管的同时,探索驾驭这类媒体的新途径。在未来政府间关系的处理上,维基解密既可能成为政府间竞争的新工具,也可能使政府间关系发生微妙变化。
