论民警岗位履职考评机制的构建

长期以来，上海各级公安机关为了顺应现代警务机制建设的需要，积极探索和完善岗位履职考评机制，但纵观现行考评机制的运行过程，仍有不尽人意之处，破解这一难题已是当务之急。随着队伍正规化建设的不断深入，对民警的考评工作也向着科学化、规范化、合理化、人性化的方向发展。为此，必须注意转变考评理念，强化正面引导；创新考评方法，科学实施运作；运用考评效应，认真兑现奖励。

On Constructing the Mechanism of Checking Achievements on Police Posts

The public security organs at all levels of Shanghai have explored and perfected the mechanism of checking achievements on police posts for a long period in order to meet the demand of modern policing construction. However, there are still deficiencies by making a comprehensive survey on the running process of the exiting mechanism, which have become urgent to be resolved. With the deepening of the normalization of contingent con- struction, we should check police achievements in a scientized,standardized, rationalized and humanized way. There- fore, we must transform the checking idea and strengthen the right orientation, innovate the checking methods and operate scientifically and apply the checking effect to realize the encouragements.
