| Abstract: | After a perusal of the English version in China Law (February 2004) under the column “Updated Legislation in Full Text” of Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Import and Export Tariffs, this writer finds it so problematic that it can’t just let go without any critical comment. Nowadays the legal community here on the mainland seems to entertain the misunderstanding that there could be nothing wrong with Hong Kong English, and Hong Kong legal English at that. |
