| 摘 要： | 我国历来对毒品犯罪打击甚严，但从长期的实践来看，一味严惩毒品犯罪效果不甚理想。我们应客观地对毒品犯罪进行评价，在打击毒品犯罪时落实宽严相济的刑事政策，严格规范侦查手段，注重打击与教育相结合，从而获得禁毒效果的最大化。

| Abstract: | China has always been very strict on the fight against drug crime throughout the history.However,according to the practice,it's not effective to punish drug crimes blindly.We should evaluate drug crimes objectively,and perform the criminal policy of temper justice with mercy.Besides,we should also standardize the investigation measures and combine punishment with education in order to get the maximum effect of anti-drug crimes. |
