| 摘 要： | 电影产业是各国经济产业中重要组成部分,美国和欧盟各国都对电影作品著作权的保护形成了独特而完善的法律制度和管理体系,虽有雷同之处,但是也有本国的特色.特别是对于电影盗版侵权行为,大部分的国家都先后加入了国际公约以共同面对盗版难题,各国在其保护模式上也呈现出各自的特色.

| Abstract: | The movie industry is an important component of economy in the world.In the United States and the European Union countries,the film works copyright protection has been formed a unique and perfect law system and management system,although there are some parallels,but also have their own characteristics.Especially for film piracy behavior,most of the countries have joined the international convention to confront the piracy problem,which is also showing their own characteristics in its protective model. |
