当代青年职业发展问题研究

当代青年的劳动条件、就业环境、职业选择与期望、学习与生产方式正在发生深刻的变化。调查发现。当代青年职业理想与社会总体的职业期望密切相关，但青年职业技能培训相对不足，对弱势青年群体的关注不够。青年的职业流动，学习能力等与青年个体特点呈现一定的差异性。政府、学校、社会和青年个人只有合力互动，才能提高青年就业创业能力，促进青年职业发展。

On Career Development Problems of Contemporary Youth
