| 摘 要： | 高校德育教师必须具备广博坚实的文化基础知识,并具备对自然科学、人文科学和高新技术学习和跟踪的能力,能驾驭现代教育媒体、应用现代化教学技术,能将美学和艺术教育有机融于教学之中,能科学预测知识演变趋势、对知识的动态发展反应灵活,能有效地培养学生应变能力和创新能力。

| Abstract: | University's moral teacher must possess the wide and solid culture rudimentary knowledge,possess ability to learn and follow natural science,the humanities,high-new technological,can control modern education medias,use modernized teaching technology,can educate aesthetics and art to melt organically in teaching,can science predict knowledge develop trend,dynamic development in knowledge flexible in response,can train student's adaptability to changes and innovation ability effectively. |
