| 摘 要： | 警察是一个高风险、高压力的职业,心理素质是警务人员必备的素质之一,提高警察的心理素质对公民、对国家、对社会的和谐稳定有重要的意义。从心理学的角度看,造成警察心理问题的原因是多方面的,我们有必要加强警务人员的心理素质的普及与提高的工作。

| Abstract: | Police is a high-risk, high-pressure career. Psychological quality is an essential quality of police officers. It is of important significance to improve the psychological quality of the police for the citizens, the state and the harmony and stability of the society. From a psychological perspective, there are many reasons causing the psychological problems of the police. We need to strengthen the dissemination and improvement of the psychological quality of police officers. |
