| Abstract: | This essay discusses the lawfulness of Empress Wu Ze-tian's royal authority in the gender role, royal authority and public administration with the research approach based on the sciences of anthropological culture, administration and history, thereby to reveal the charm of women's public administration and its positive effects in anthropological culture and public administration. |
