| 摘 要： | 严格公正文明执法,人性化执法等执法理念和要求逐渐为各级执法机关所认可和接受。坚持人性化执法,应该以思想为先导、以严格执法为主线、以人文关怀为手段、以队伍建设为根本。只有不偏不倚,切实做好,才能达到人性化执法的目的和要求。

| Abstract: | It has been accepted gradually by each law enforcement agencie to enforce law in strict,fair,polite,humanity style.To stick to the law enforcement,some advocacy in ideology has to be done first,and strict law enforcement is considered main activities,then law enforcement with humanity care is thought as a method,finally,educating good staff is expected to be the essence of the efforts.Only in this way can we realize the aim and requirements from law enforcement with humanity. |
