| 摘 要： | 随着社会的高度发展,各个领域都产生了大量的纸质和数字档案,这些挡案由于各种各样的原因存在着相当大的潜在威胁,引起了档案界专家人士的高度重视.档案发展的同时法律也在发展,将档案备份工作纳入档案法,从根本的机制上解决档案安全问题,为档案安全提供一个安全屏障,以避免各种环节的差错可能导致的损失,让档案更好地为社会服务.
