| Abstract: | Fushun police department puts emphasis on establishing a financial administrative system to fit the requirement of modern times through carrying outlined finance administrating, taking all the effective measures, formulating financial activity,opti-mizing the paying structure. It improves the benefit of paying fund, relaxes the contradiction of public security construction against public securily outlay, achieves the change of finance absolutely, and arose some consideration about finance administration at the same time. |
