| Abstract: | It has a major political and academic significance to set up the proposition of socialist system of legal theory with Chinese characteristics. This system is made up of many legal theories which are consistent and harmonious, with distinct Chinese characteristics in concepts, categories, views and ways of forming, and shows obvious socialist nature in guiding ideology, basic principles, practical foundation and theoretical keynote. |
