| 摘 要： | 国际上如德国、日本、美国等国存在着许多先进的法学教育模式。长期以来,我国高等院校法学本科教育既取得了许多成就,同时也存在一些突出问题。反思造成问题出现的原因,积极借鉴国际先进的法学教育模式,对改革我国现行的法学本科教育,推动我国高等院校法学本科教育水平向高层次发展,具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | There are many advanced legal education models in international fields such as in Germany, Japan, America, and so on. For quite a long time, there are both some achievements and outstanding problems at the same time of the law education for undergraduate of China＇ s institutions. It is of great significances to reflect the reasons which caused the problems, actively learn from the law education mode of foreign countries so as to reform the present educational system of undergraduate law education and promote it to a higher level. |
