| Abstract: | A harmonious society should be a society which protects the human rights in accordance with the law.The human rights need not only the protection of the law,but also in particular a more perfect law system.Therefore,it is necessary to perfect the human rights legislation in legislation and judicature as well as build up a harmonious society. |
