Analysis of the Study on Personal Dangerousness

The thesis mainly focuses of the study on personal dangerousness,especially on the method of study.Being based on the analysis of criminology on the lineage of personal dangerousness,the author foresees two methods of studying the personal dangerousness and he pays more attention on the first one.As the result of the research of genetics,the study of personal dangerousness faces a new condition.So,we should prove our views on the criminology and the criminal law.
