| Abstract: | From DengXiaoping's expressions on enforcing the construction of democratic legal systems, we find that the inner democracy of the party must be enlarged tomake the state realize political democracy and democratic legal systematization. So the leadership and the political activities of the party must be systematized to abide the party's discipline and regulations consciously . |
