| 摘 要： | 东西部扶贫协作是中国三大扶贫模式之一,是打赢脱贫攻坚战、实现先富帮后富、最终实现共同富裕目标的关键举措,对提高西部地区城乡居民收入、改善基础设施、增强综合实力起到了重要作用.基于文献研究与实地调研,以北京市为例,文章从基本概念、历史沿革、体制机制等方面对东西部扶贫协作模式进行了系统深入的研究,对模式的未来发展作了前瞻性的探讨和展望.
