| Abstract: | The mechanism for the development of township process is the Basic law of the conceding of social resources from countryside and the distribution of social resources according the township process in the course of township process. Nowadays, our country is changing its economic system. The mechanism for the development of township process needs to be altered and perfected . And the system of innovation is the key factor of the mechanism for the development of township process. |
