云南农村地区非法宗教活动的危害及治理对策

20世纪80年代以来,云南部分农村地区出现了一些打着宗教旗号进行的违法犯罪活动。危害:1.严重危害群众的身心健康和财产安全;2.危害社会政治稳定;3.影响人民群众正常的生产生活秩序;4.影响家庭团结和邻里关系。对策:1.加强宗教工作的领导;2.加快农村地区的经济文化发展;3.加强农村地区的法制宣传和科普教育活动等。

On Perniciousness and Strategies of Illegal Religious Activities in the Rural Areas of Yunnan Province

Since 1980's,there have been some delinquencies and crimes under the cover of religious activities taking places in the part of rural areas of Yunnan Province.Perniciousness: 1) to heavily damage the physical and mental health of people and to endanger their property security;2) to jeopardize the social and political stability;3) to impinge upon people's normal sequence of work and life;4) to break unity of the families and to undermine relationship of the neighbours.Strategies: 1) Leadership to the religious work should be enhanced;2) Cultural-economic development of rural areas should be accelerated;3) Law awareness campaign activities and science popularization works in the rural areas should be increased.
