| 摘 要： | 现代科技发展在给人类带来巨大福祉的同时,也导致了大量的业务过失犯罪,给社会造成了巨大危害。文章系统研究业务过失犯罪后,反思我国刑法对业务过失犯罪规定的不足,并根据我国现行业务过失犯罪发生的状况,提出了立法完善建议。
