日益加剧的“金新月”地区毒品渗透态势及对策研究

20世纪90年代以来，以阿富汗为中心的“金新月”地区毒品向我国渗透活动日益加剧，其走私贩运愈来愈呈现出国际化的趋势，对我国构成了极大威胁。堵源截流，加强国际禁毒合作是解决我国现阶段毒品问题的有效途径之一。目前，在上海合作组织框架内开展与中亚国家间的禁毒合作已取得初步成效，进一步广泛、深入地加强与周边国家的禁毒合作是维护我国周边区域安全的重要保障。
