试论湘鄂赣苏区思想政治工作

土地革命战争时期,以彭德怀、滕代远为代表的中国共产党人创建了湘鄂赣革命根据地。在根据地的建设和发展过程中,彭德怀等党员同志非常重视党组织和军队的思想政治工作。无论是根据地建立前平江起义时期还是根据地建立后苏区时期,思想政治工作始终贯穿于党和部队的具体工作当中,帮助大量新党员克服了非无产阶级思想,提高他们的思想政治觉悟,扩大了党组织的群众基础,加强了党的凝聚力和军队战斗力,同时也为党在后来的革命过程中进行思想政治工作积累了经验。

On Ideological and Political Work of the Soviet Areas of Hunan-Hubei-Jiangxi

During the era of the Agrarian Revolutionary War, Chinese Communists taking Peng Dehuai , Teng Daiyuan as representative founded the revolutionary base areas of Hunan-Hubei-Jiangxi. In the process of the base areas' construction and development, Party members taking Peng Dehuai as representative attached great importance to the ideological and political work of the Party organization and the army. All this helped many new Party members overcome the non-proletariat thought and enhance their ideological and political consciousness, which expanded the Party's mass base, strengthened the Party's cohesion and the army's combat effectiveness, and also accumulated a wealth of experience of the ideological and political work for the Party in the process of the later revolutionary in the same time.
