| 摘 要： | 近年来 ,楚雄地区群体性事件有增加的趋势 ,其原因主要有五个方面。妥善处置群体性事件必须坚持六项原则 ,同时 ,重视解决“五个不适应”的问题。为了从源头上降低群体性事件发生的概率 ,今后 ,必须着重加强五个方面的工作 ,以保证大局稳定和保护最广大人民群众的根本利益

| Abstract: | Group Incidents are increasing in Chuxiong Pref ec ture in recent years, which resulted from 5 sides. We must follow 6 fundamental principles and settle five issues. To decrease the incidents, five sides have to be strengthened in future to maintain social stability and the interests of the people. |
