| 摘 要： | 科学发展与社会和谐是辩证统一的.为了解决经济发展不协调、百姓收入差距犬、体制创新滞后、社会事业发展失衡等综合矛盾,必须以科学发展观为指导,进一步深化改革,大力发展各项社会事业,努力推进社会主义和谐社会发展进程.

| Abstract: | Scientific development and social harmony are a dialectical unity.In order to resolve such comprehensive contradictions as the uncoordinated economic development,big income gap between people,the lag of institutional innovation and the imbalance of the development of social undertakings,we must take the Scientific Concept of Development as our guide,further deepen reform and vigorously develop social undertakings so as to push forward the process of the development of a harmonious socialist society. |
