日本NPO支援中心的发展及对我国的启示

本文着重分析了日本NPO支援中心兴起和发展的原因，探讨了日本NPO支援中心的类型和功能，提出了日本NPO支援中心对我国非营利性援助组织建设的启示。

The Development of Japanese NPO Support Center and Its Enlightenment to China

After the Japanese government passed the NPO Law in 1998,NPO Support Centers aiming at promoting the development of non-profit organizations have rapidly spread out and formed a network that covered all of Japan and provided an important guarantee for the development of NPOs in various fields in Japan.This paper focuses on analyzing the reasons of the rise and development of Japanese NPO Support Center and the type and function of Japanese NPO Support Center,and raises some suggestions of Japanese NPO Support Center to Chinese NPO Support organizations.These suggestions include: dissolving systematically those problems that restrained the development of Chinese NPO;establishing different types of NPO Support organizations;promoting actively the organization-construction of NPO Support organization through establishing special funds in order to promote the development of NPO in an all-round way.
