摘    要:职工持股是公司内部职工持有一定数量本公司股份的现象.本文对中国实行职工持股的目的、职工出资的资金来源、能否让经营者持大股,职工持股改制与养老保险相结合、通过职工持股规范企业治理结构等问题进行了深入思考,并且提出了解决问题的对策.

Abstract:Several questions exist in the issue of employees' share-holding, such as the purpose of this practice, the solution to the source of the capital, whether enterprise managers should be allowed to hold large shares and whether the system reform of employees' share-holding should be combined with endowment insurance, etc. This paper probes into these tough questions and proposes some countermeasures.
