| 摘 要： | 在当前市场经济中,我党坚持"立党为公,执政为民"面临着劳动与资本、公平与效率、公权与民利等诸多矛盾.如何协调这些矛盾,迎接这些矛盾带来的挑战,并从制度上予以科学合理的安排,就成为我党落实"立党为公、执政为民"的关键.
