| Abstract: | According to the intention of the Sino-Russian trade cooperation,jointly exploiting the resources of Siberia and the Far East,especially their oil and gas,is feasible.In consideration of every factor,including the advantage of geographical position,Heilongjiang province is endowed by nature with the capability of shouldering the important task.This is favourable to both sides. |
