| Abstract: | The concept of building a harmonious society has rooted deeply in people's mind.Harmonious carder's training is an important link in building a harmonious society.The administrative departments of the school should try to promote the harmonious relationship among the school,the teaching staff and the learners through effective competitive mechanism,effective communication channels and effective teaching methods so as to carry on and finish the carder's training in a harmonious atmosphere. |
