| Abstract: | The paper suspects to the traditional dealing ways about the traffic accident that Mr. Meng caused. It demonstrates and discriminates from actions having conjunction and the three different sentencing grades of Article 133 of the Criminal Law. Lastly, it carries out that combined punishment for more than one crime is an advisable solving way. |
