| 摘 要： | 互助保险是介于社会保险和商业保险之间的一种以互助互济为特征的保险形式,具有其独特的涵义和性质。在当前创建和谐社会的过程中,社会保险、商业保险受各种因素的影响,尚未发挥应有的作用。因此,通过广泛开展这种互助互济的保险形式,将能有效满足弱势群体的保险保障需要,促进整个社会保障体系的健全和完善,为构建和谐社会发挥其应有的作用。

| Abstract: | Mutual insurance is an insurance form between social insurance and business insurance,which has its particular connotation and features.In the present process of constructing a harmonious society,social insurance and business insurance have exerted their due functions due to the influence of various factors.Therefore,widespread application of the mutual insurance will meet the insurance needs of the weak group,improve the whole social security system,and exert its due function in constructing a harmonious society. |
