| 摘 要： | 东亚区域经济作为世界经济相对独立的一个“板块”日益凸现。据统计，1980-2000年间，东亚区域内贸易占世界贸易的比重由4．8％上升到12．7％；同期，北美自由贸易区的这一比重由5．5％上升至10．7％；而欧盟区域内贸易在世界贸易中的份额则从24．4％下降到22．3％。进入21世纪以来，东亚区域经济合作出现了根本性转变。区域内不仅探讨各种合作形式、内容与范围非常活跃，

| Abstract: | Taking pushing forward the development of Pan-Beibu-Gulf regional economy as tenet, under the premise of not violating the national benefits of participating countries, all the cooperative propositions that benefit the sub-regional sustainable development of Pan-Beibu-Gulf area are welcome. In my opinion, standing at the national level, the cooperation among nations in the Pan-Beibu-Gulf area should include lots of fields, such as the cooperation in the first, second and third industry. |
