| 摘 要： | 教师在教学中起着主导作用,高校教师应在教学中积极引导学生转变学习观念,掌握学习方法,注意全面发展,树立良好学风。为此,教师在教学中要克服“满堂灌”,切忌“一言堂”,突破“封闭式”,改革考试方式,引导学生独立思考,积极主动地学习和实践,促进学生全面发展。
