| Abstract: | That the Party member leading cadres utilize the power correctly is the basic request for keeping the close relalionship between the Party and the masses and strengthening the ruling position of the Party, raising the ruling and leading level of the Party and keeping the Party's advanced quality, resisting the scheme of western and hostile influence peaceful evolution and strengthening the Party's ability of both opposing corruption and coping with all kinds of risk ,and it is a significant problem of the's future of our Party and country. |
