| 摘 要： | 二战后发展理论实现了从"一维"到"四维"的不断演进,中国共产党在克服了以往发展理论缺陷的同时,吸取了其优点,提出了"科学性"的发展观。科学发展观的科学性体现在:全面性、突出重点性、平衡性。
