| 摘 要： | 创新型城市的构建要素可归结为产业创新、基础设施创新、制度创新、环境和文化创新、人才创新五个方面。而建设创新型城市,需要提升创新思维,弘扬创新文化;加强制度建设,完善创新机制;加速科技进步,提高创新能力;加强互动合作,注重成果转化;实施人才战略,打造人才高地。

| Abstract: | Component factor of innovative city can come down to five aspects, include innovation in industry, infrastructure, system, environment, culture and person with ability. Building innovative city, we should elevate innovative thought, carry forward innovative culture, strengthen the building of system, perfect innovative mechanism, accelerate science and technology progress, carry forward innovative capacity, strengthen interaction cooperation, pay attention to achievement translation , carry out strategy of person with ability. |
