我国公务员权利及其保障

《中华人民共和国公务员法》的颁布实施,既标志着我国公务员管理进入法制化管理的新阶段,更标志着我国公务员权利的保障步入法制化保障的新时代。我国公务员依法享有较为明确、广泛、真实的权利。公务员权利及公务员权利保障有其科学的内涵。我国公务员权利的内容丰富,特点鲜明。然而我国公务员权利的保障机制还有待完善和创新,尤其是我国公务员权利保障制度中的社会保障制度、申诉控告制度和司法救济制度。
