| Abstract: | The current situation and the advantages and disadvantages of revenue civilian's admission can be analysed from the visual angle of profession demands,academic demand,political background and auxiliary facilities.Then it puts forward such strategies as mapping out the plans of human recourses,standardizing professional demands,lowering academic degree demands,emphasizing political background and making full use of auxiliary facilities. |
