| 摘 要： | 适合从事法官职业者应当是综合素质高的人 ,法官职业是智慧者的行业 ,并具有一定的危险性 ,因此 ,给法官以高薪是应当的。此外 ,为了保障审判公正和廉洁 ,实行法官高薪制也是必要的。用 10年的时间 ,将我国法官的人数逐渐减少到8万人左右 ,法官的工资逐步提高到现在法官工资的 4倍。

| Abstract: | People being appropriate to be judges should be those with high comprehensive qualities. The profession of judges is one of wisdoms and has some fatalness. Therefore, judges should be well paid. Furthermore, in order to guarantee impartial trials and trial probity, it is necessary to implement high pay institution. Within ten years the number of judges will be gradually reduced to some 80,000, and judges' salaries will be four times of that at present |
