| Abstract: | Objective verity and heart assurance are the two standards of action proof. The procedural law of China provides that objective verity should be obtained. In the practice of actions, all the cases coming up to the standard can be dealt with in accordance with laws, while the cases that have not come up to the standard can only be dealt with in other ways. |
