| Abstract: | The open of prison affairs is called the sunlight project in our country's prison system. It refers that through the ways of announcement and express declaration, the main contents, procedures and results of prison enforcement are proclaimed to criminals, their relatives and the society, and supervision is welcome, which is the active response of the general plan of our country's penal institution. |
