热敏灸机器人雀啄灸神阙穴得气效应研究

目的 探讨热敏灸机器人雀啄灸得气效应的优势。方法 选取28例符合阳虚体质诊断标准的受试者，每位受试者按照随机顺序分别接受热敏灸机器人操作的神阙穴雀啄灸与温和灸。以得气激发率、得气潜伏期、得气累积时间、得气总积分、得气类型频次以及肢端升温阳性率为评估指标，观察两种不同施灸手法的得气效应差异。结果 与温和灸组比较，雀啄灸组得气激发率更高(P<0.05),得气更快(P<0.05),得气更强(P<0.05),得气累积时间更长(P<0.05),更易激发舒适情感体验与自主神经反应(P<0.05),更易激发肢端升温(P<0.05),且在灸30 min时表现更明显(P<0.05)。结论 热敏灸机器人雀啄灸具有得气快、得气强、舒适情感体验与自主神经反应明显等独特效应。

Arrival of Qi in Sparrow-pecking Moxibustion at Shenque Point by Heat-sensitive Moxibustion Robot

Objective To investigate the advantages of arrival of Qi in sparrow-pecking moxibustion by heat-sensitive moxibustion robot. Methods A total of 28 subjects who met the diagnostic criteria for Yang deficiency constitution were selected and received sparrow-pecking moxibustion or mild moxibustion at Shenque point by heat-sensitive moxibustion robot in random order. The two moxibustion methods were compared in terms of arrival of Qi based on the assessment indices of stimulation rate, latency period, cumulative time, total score, frequency of each type of arrival of Qi, and positive rate of increased limb temperature. Results Compared with the mild moxibustion group, the sparrow-pecking moxibustion group had a significantly higher stimulation rate of arrival of Qi (P<0.05), a significantly shorter time to arrival of Qi (P<0.05), a significantly stronger arrival of Qi (P<0.05), a significantly longer cumulative time of arrival of Qi (P<0.05), a significantly higher proportion of patients with comfortable emotional experience or autonomic nervous response (P<0.05), a significantly higher positive rate of increased limb temperature (P<0.05), and a significantly more obvious manifestation at 30 minutes of moxibustion (P<0.05). Conclusion Sparrow-pecking moxibustion by heat-sensitive moxibustion robot has the unique effects such as rapid and strong arrival of Qi and marked comfortable emotional experience and autonomic nervous response.
