谈非公有经济宪法地位的提升及新的诉求

我国宪法对公有制经济的地位给予充分的保护,但对非公有制经济的保护却经历了一段坎坷。本文第一 部分把宪法对非公有制经济的法律保护按时间分为四个阶段;第二部分从四个方面分析了宪法应该对非公有制经济与 公有制经济进行平等保护并对其进行了论证。

On the promotion of the constitutional position and new claim of the non-public economy

The constitution of our country provides the protection well for the position of the public economy .but the process of protecting the non-public economy is difficult.In the first part of the article,the process is devided into four stages in sequence;in the second part.the author argues tfrom four respects that the constitution should provid equal rprotection for public and non-public e-conomy.
