| 摘 要： | 有效的所有制结构和所有制实现形式，是实现经济体制顺利转轨的关键，而所有制结构和所有制实现形式的调整是否有效又取决于其调整的依据和方向的正确与否。依据产业特点进行所有制结构和所有制实现形式的调整是理想的选择。具体来说，公共物品行业的企业宜采取国有国营的模式；自然垄断行业的企业宜采取国有控股的模式；竞争性行业的企业宜采取私人经营模式。

| Abstract: | Effective structure and form of realization of ownership are the key points in smooth transformation of economic system while the readjustment of the structure and form of realization depends on the basis of readjustment and the correctness of direction.To readjust the structure of ownership and form of its realization according to enterprise features is the ideal choice.To be concrete,enterprises of public goods should be state-owned and state-run,enterprises of natural monopoly should adopt the pattern of state-holding company and enterprises of competitive trades should be privately run and managed. |
