The new issue to be solved for the professionals of university magazines might be represented in the following way: strengthening management of university magazines; promoting their quality; advocating scientific and cultural communication; emphasizing building of university civilization in spirit; urging development of teaching and research; extending university's influence; raising both social and economic effect; realizing entirely flourishing and extraordinary development. |
