| Abstract: | The present paper analyses the evolution of due process of law in the Constitution of the United States and probes into the internal relations between the course of constitutionalism of the United States and its economic development.Based on that, the author introspects the traditional theory of determinism of economy in constitutionalism, and then puts forward its own ideas. |
