广西承接东部经济发达地区产业转移的战略思考

进入新世纪以来，我国东部经济发达地区随着产业结构的调整和升级，产业转移速度不断加快。广西作为东部近邻，泛珠三角经济区9＋2的成员，具有独特的区位优势，探讨广西如何抓住机遇，发挥比较优势，积极承接东部产业转移的问题，意义重大。文章根据我国东部地区产业转移的特点，分析广西承接东部产业转移现状和存在的问题，并据此提出承接东部产业转移，促进地方特色产业发展，提升产业竞争力，加快广西经济发展的思路和对策建议。

A Strategic Consideration of Guangxi Undertaking the Industrial Transfer of the Economically Developed Eastern Areas

Entering the new century,along with the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure,China's economically developed eastern regions have sped up the industrial transfer.As an eastern neighbor,one of the 9 2 members of the Pan-Pearl River Delta Economic Zone,Guangxi has a unique regional advantages.It is of great significance to make a study of Guangxi how to seize the opportunity,how to give play to its comparative advantage and how to actively undertake the eastern industrial transfer.According to the characteristics of industrial transfer of China's eastern regions,this paper analyzes the present situations and the existing problems of Guangxi undertaking the eastern industrial transfer,and on this basis,puts forward some ideas and countermeasures of undertaking the eastern industrial transfer,promoting the development of industries with local characteristics,enhancing the competitiveness of industries and speeding up the economic development of Guangxi.
