中国与周边国家区域合作的研究

我国周边国家地域广阔 ,经济发展水平差距较大 ,大多数国家为发展中国家 ,这种情况决定了我国与周边国家区域合作的特殊性。我国同周边国家合作的总体目标模式应分为两个层次 ,第一层次应根据周边地区经济发展的实际需要 ,建立不同规模、内容、形式和范围的合作关系 ,并尽可能发挥小规模区域合作网络。第二层次 ,在总结经验的基础上 ,通过进一步协调各国间关系 ,逐渐扩大双方合作领域 ,使我国与周边各国的关系扩大到我国同周边各国区域组织间的关系 ,从而将我国同周边国家合作的档次更提高一步。

Studies on the Regional Cooperation between China and the surrounding Countries

The surrounding countries of China, most of which are developing countries, possess very wide territories and there is much difference in the economic development, which determine the particularity of regional cooperation . The overall target mode of the cooperation should be divided into two levels. One is that cooperative relations with different scales, contents, forms and ranges should be established according to the needs of regional economic development , and give play to the small-scale regional cooperation network to the best of its ability. The other level is that the cooperation fields should be expanded on the basis of summarizing experience and by coordinating the relations among various countries and thus improves the grade of cooperation between China and its surrounding countries.
